Fee & Deposit
$2,000 USD — negotiable
- A 50% deposit is required via Western Union or PayPal (seraphimshabazz@aol.com) no later than 30 days before the show.
- The remaining 50% balance is paid in cash at least one hour before the show, at the hotel.
Travel
Accommodations
Flights
1 or 2 roundtrip flights from JFK (NYC) — or from the country abroad if already touring Europe — and back.
Meals
2–3 meals per day for all parties involved.
Production
Stage Requirements
2 Cordless Mics
Brand new 9-volt Duracell batteries, and/or 2 wired mics on stage as backup.
2 Vestax Mixers
CD and DVD mixers on stage.
Video Screens
Video screen on stage, plus TV screens around the venue.
Stage Monitors
If possible at the venue.
Hospitality
Backstage Requirements
Catering
Water, Red Bulls, a bottle of red wine, Hennessy, bread, cheese, chocolate, fruit and juices.
Merchandise Table
A table is required for merchandise at the venue.
Personal Camera Crew
Shabazz's personal camera operator will be filming all performances for the "Shabazz" documentary and DVD.
